Authenticity & the Power of Restoration with Guest Shannon Geurin

http://amyelaine.com | In this episode, Amy Elaine interviews Shannon Geurin of Fiercely His. We’re talking about the power of restoration, redemption, and finding your identity in Christ.

Shannon says, “Authenticity breeds connection.” She’s right; when we are authentic, we will find deeper connection with God, ourselves, and others. Listen in and learn more about how God shows up in our time of need. He is a promise keeper and remains faithful even when we aren’t. You’ll find this conversation will help you trust God with your mistakes and help you RISE UP in your circumstances.

  1. Awesome Podcast, thank you!
I related to everything. I too have carried shame,,,even though I thought my husband was to blame bcs he abandoned us ( me & our 5 kids)– I prayed, waited for him to come to his senses & nothing. At year #6 I gave up. I made an awful mistake sin. I hurt my kids, I embarrassed them in our church home. I was 36 & lonely. I worked as the church receptionist & became Involved with my married boss (church administrator)- we both got fired.
    You can Imagine the scandal.
Fast forward my husband came back. After 13 yrs. we remarried, the Lord saved him! The Lord answered prayer. Today we are both in ministry at our church in ocala fl. We believe our ministry is with hurting marriages & the long process of Restoration.
To God be the glory – our story is on Cd. I can mail you a copy if you like — today I am free from shame, my children have forgiven me,,,& I have forgiven me!! Bcs Jesus forgave me & washed me clean with his Blood shed for me
    Thank you for reading this
