Peaceful, Go Where The Peace Is EP 111 RVR

Peaceful: Full of Peace

Peaceful Living seems like a thing of the past. I know you want it. And, so do I. Thankfully, I know where we can get filled up with the peace we need.

God tells us exactly where to find the peaceful respite we need; it’s in his Presence. Yes, Jesus is our Peace. In this week’s episode, “Go Where the Peace Is,”  LaTan Roland Murphy and I talk about getting back the peace we’ve lost in this season.

In fact, God says, “Go where the Peace is…”

Ultimately, this is the message of God’s heart for his children. He longs for us to remain peaceful in the midst of life’s ups and downs. That’s why he left us with the Holy Spirit, our Comforter. Instead of chaos crashing all around us, God sustains us with waves of his peace over our lives.

In this crazy, mixed-up world we find ourselves in, God has designed a place (actually a Person) of Peace for us. Running to Jesus, we find calm in the storm. Indeed, there is refreshing available to us in the Presence. And, because we have the power of Holy Spirit living within, we can change the atmosphere, bringing Peace into every situation.

Need to cultivate a Peaceful Place in your heart?

Ultimately, cultivating a peaceful place starts in our heart. The Fruitful Living Series covers this in detail in episode 92. Don’t miss out on this powerful series on the podcast. In the end, the world won’t satisfy our longings for peace. However, it’s part of our inheritance as God’s children. Jesus called it a gift; so, let’s open it!

“I leave the gift of peace with you—my peace. Not the kind of fragile peace given by the world, but my perfect peace. Don’t yield to fear or be troubled in your hearts—instead, be courageous!” John 14:27 TPT
